June 7th myself and the lovely Bonnie hit the road on “Scrolly” for our first Americade appearance. We left Cape Cod on Wednesday right after it stopped pouring rain and rode to Bristol CT for the evening. We resumed the ride Thursday morning with our friends Mike and Sherry for Lake George, NY, taking the most wonderful scenic route through the Berkshires up into Vermont and west into rolling farms of New York. After 2 days of meeting people and showing off VicWrapz at Americade we began our return home Sunday through a whole new set of scenic routes from the Adirondacks thru western VT and into MA, about 800 miles all told. Back at home Monday we were burnt crispy and road weary but had the biggest smiles – what a ride!!
